Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you cancel on the day of or the day before, you may be charged a full or partial cancellation fee.

Costs other than interpreter fees

You will be required to cover the actual costs from the time of arrival until the time of departure, including the interpreter's transportation costs, facility entrance fees, and meal costs.

Service area

We are available for in-person consultations in Chicago and across the United States.

Online inquiries are available worldwide, but due to time differences, there may be times when we are unable to respond.

How interpretation time is counted

This is the time commitment, from when you gather until when you leave.
If the location is outside of Illinois and takes more than two hours one way, we will add the required time based on the transportation method and other factors to the estimate.

Confidentiality

We promise to maintain confidentiality in your interpretation. If you wish to sign a non-disclosure agreement with your interpreter, please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
